About Us

FindCareToShare was conceived by Roger Kuhn as he juggled the care for his declining mother with the demands of a full-time career and family. Making matters even more challenging was she wished to 'age in place' in a retirement community for older adults that was over two hours away. As he reached out and interviewed multiple caregivers and agencies, he discovered all of them wanted at least two or three hours for each visit. This was neither optimal for her needs nor budget.

In addition to the prohibitively long and expensive visits, he noticed few neighbors in her building ever left their units. He knew there had to be a better model for caring for loved ones and providing a better opportunity for socialization.

Armed with an extensive technology background, Roger and his team collaborated with dozens of health and home care service providers that were also keenly interested in developing a practical solution to this common and growing dilemma. Through this highly collaborative effort, FindCaretoShare was ‘born’.
