Find Care to Share was founded by an adult child struggling to find the care his declining mother needed. You might already know the challenges of balancing a full-time career and family as well as suddenly taking on care coordination for an aging parent. We know it’s hard because we’ve been there.
But there is good news: home care agencies are there to provide support for your loved one in the comfort of their own home.
The bad news? Often, those home care agencies have hourly minimums clients must meet. Your loved one might not need 10+ hours of care each week, which means you’re back to square one like our Founder.
Find Care to Share is here to help you find the support and services you need, as well as a neighbor or two to share that caregiver with. This means if Rose needs a daily wellness check-in and weekly housekeeping, her caregiver can provide those services before walking two houses down to provide daily wellness check-ins to Elliott. Then, that caregiver can walk to the next street over to help Gus with his meal preparation for the week.
Rose, Elliott, and Gus all get the support they need without committing to hourly minimums, by sharing a caregiver.
